Gbadebo obtained his LLB. (Hons.) Degree from Ogun State University (Now Olabisi Onabanjo University) in 1991 and he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992.. He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, West African Bar Association and International Bar Association. Gbadebo has a considerable experience in very wide areas of legal practice like Criminal and Civil Litigation: Arbitration and Mediation: Insolvency and Corporate Recovery among others.
