Bunmi A. Aina-Craig is a Graduate of University of Hertfordshire in England. She is enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, England and Wales. She has a broad experience in advising international clients on diverse transaction including companies operating within the Free Trade Zones of Nigeria. Bunmi has advised companies on Transaction Structuring: Corporate Joint Ventures and Trust Formation, Company Acquisition, Right Issues and other stock exchange related transactions. She has advised companies on Compliance with Corporate Legislations, Establishment and Maintenance of subsidiaries and affiliates of foreign companies in Nigeria, Contentious and Non-Contentious Liquidation. She also has extensive experience in Legislative Drafting both in the UK and in Nigeria: and she has done a lot of work with legislators in the area of bill analysis, research and bill drafting. She is also experienced in offshore company and account formation and management including nominee services. . Bunmi is a pro-active commercial lawyer who engages practical problem solving skills to further the interest of clients. She has extensive experience in coordinating legal formalities for loans, initiating recoveries of loan and arranging perfection of security documents given as collateral for loans. Bunmi is currently the company Secretary and Legal adviser to Mareena Petroleum Limited.
She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and Director of a number of Companies in Nigeria and UK.
